Miriam Cisternas, MA has been managing and analyzing health-related data for over a decade.
She is a SAS Certified Professional and has received various awards for presentation of
papers at SAS user group meetings,
including the Bay Area SAS Users' Group Distinguished Programmer Award. She has a proven track record of delivering quality work and communicating
effectively with both technical and nontechnical individuals concerning their data needs. She also has experience teaching programming
in both classroom and professional settings.
Ricardo Cisternas, MS has been architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise-class multi-tiered object-oriented systems for many years.
He has successfully led teams of software engineers through the entire project development cycle while mentoring junior team members.
Prior to that he taught computer science classes to undergraduate students and computer seminars to non-technical
faculty and students. He draws on this experience to quickly understand the essence of a problem and develop meaningful solutions.
